We don't tell anyone that they can't get out of their car to see the sites they are assigned if it's when you're actually registered to be here. Some of our staff were high risk and some were pregnant and unable to be vaccinated yet so I appreciate you understanding and not taking their reaction personally. I'm sorry that you felt she 'freaked out' but some are more nervous about Covid than others so I don't doubt she acted on edge at that time. We have a large sign on the window (since we installed the window) asking guests not to hold the window open as it is our protection.
